今日は、朝から近所の神社において、
宮なぎ（神社の清掃）を行いました。

このところ、大変暑い日が続いていますので、
熱中症対策をと考えてはいたのですが、
やはり簡単には防ぎきれるものではないですね。

皆さんもこまめな水分補給など、
暑さ対策を万全にお願いします。
